Position Summary:
Responsible for developing the full potential of assigned accounts & developing new accounts through direct solicitation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain, grow & service existing accounts. This includes office work and traveling to clients properties/businesses for appointments, property reviews, and taking photos for Underwriting during the day, evening, and weekends.
Establish and develop new accounts; meet sales goals established by Agency Manager. This includes office work and traveling to prospective clients properties/businesses for appointments, property reviews, and taking photos for Underwriting during the day, evening, and weekends.
Work with field claims adjusters and handle claims on accounts as directed by the Companies. In certain cases, this could entail a majority of time in the field.
Keep loss ratio commensurate with Company standards
Review Farm Bureau producer members accounts a minimum of once every three years.
Maintain adequate records for Agency Manager
All other duties assigned by the Agency Manager or Regional Sales Manager.
